Study Area and Scope of Work
The CRMs on the Pueblo of Nambe include 84E, 84F, 84G, 106, 113, 113 South, 113A, 113B, 115, 117 South, 117 North, 119 South, and 119 North (see Vicinity Map to the right, overview Topographic Map, and detailed Land Use Maps (A, B, C, D). The CMRs are currently categorized as BIA roads on the National Tribal Transportation Facility Inventory without ROW. The Proposed Action requires granting long-term ROW to the BIA. The Pueblo has agreed that granting ROW to the BIA will provide long-term ingress and egress to the public, including non-Pueblo residents within the exterior Pueblo boundaries.
The ROWs to be transferred are existing road maintenance areas, which have been surveyed by the County. This is a wholly administrative action. No improvements or alterations are currently proposed. No earth or vegetation disturbance would occur under the Proposed Action.

Santa Fe County is hosting a Virtual Public Meetings via Zoom to discuss the Pueblo of Nambe Road Settlement Agreement.
